TANGIBAN
Project Overview
In collaborative environments, managing tasks, deadlines, and team responsibilities can often become overwhelming. Teams frequently struggle with unclear project progress, confusion about task priority, and a lack of focus, leading to inefficiency. This project aims to streamline the collaboration process by offering key functionalities to help teams stay on track and informed throughout their workflow. Our solution is a designed tangible product to make team responsibilities clear and accessible. By assigning tasks, deadlines, and priorities, team members can easily track progress and focus on what matters. This approach helps to reduce confusion and foster a more productive, collaborative environment.

Addressing Pain Points:
One of the major pain points in team collaboration is the lack of clarity around project progress. Team members often feel uncertain about their specific roles or the overall timeline of a project, leading to decreased focus and confusion about priorities. With unclear responsibilities, the efficiency of teamwork diminishes and needs to be improved.
User Needs:
Make responsibilities clear, and help team members reduce confusion in teamwork.
Solution:
This project planning tool “Tangiban” is designed to increase productivity across teams by "radiating" information throughout the organization. It visually displays deadlines and daily tasks, ensuring that everyone stays aligned with the project’s progress. The tool makes critical information widely visible and easily accessible, helping teams stay informed, organized, and focused on their tasks.
